(Application for Approval of Fares, Rates and Charges)
Article 215. Any person who will apply for the approval of establishment or the alteration of fares, rates or charges in accordance with the provisions of Article 105 of paragraph 1 of the law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Approval of Establishment (Alteration)of Fares, Rates and Charges, in duplicate, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Classification, amount and basis for calculation of fares, rates and charges, proposed to be established or altered (in the case of alteration, clearly indicating a comparison between the current and proposed fares, rates and charges);
(3)In case of alteration of fares, rates and charges, the reason for said alteration.
2. An application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by an estimate of revenues and expenditures anticipated upon the approval of said application in the case of the establishment of fares, rates and charges; and an application shall be accompanied by the latest figures for revenues and expenditures in the case of an application for alteration of fares, rates and charges.
